Job Description:

Requirement gathering to forecast staffing needs and ensure recruitment processes run smoothly. Interact with the delivery leaders along with sales heads to conclude timelines of facilitating ramp ups, project deliverables, and end to end recruitment. Provide optimal utilization of Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Itap, indeed etc. to source profiles). Handle and monitor vendor management. Manage system determining TP supplier use and performance. Conduct technical screening of candidates, conducting interviews, Talview Test, Coding Interviews, Hackathons for hiring, and manage technical assessments results. Conduct project review meeting with team and conduct knowledge sharing/ training sessions. Work on onboarding, offer release, Schedule Induction and BG checks timelines. Work on TAG Team Specific Employee Engagement activities to keep the team motivated. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Requires Bachelor’s degree* or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Technology, Computer Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or related role. *Employer will accept a combination of education and experience as determined by a qualified evaluation service as equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
