Dynamic Facility Services has been a leader in the cleaning industry since 1978. We offer commercial cleaning services for facilities of any scope and size. We are currently seeking a few janitors to join our team.

Location: Richmond, BC
Work Schedule: 8 hours per day for 40 hours per week.
Start date: Starts as soon as possible.

The individual will be responsible for the following tasks:

Job duties:

• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris
• Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
• Clean and disinfect washrooms, kitchens, and fixtures

Job Requirements:

Experience: No work experience required. But if have will be an asset.
Education: High School or equivalent work experience
Skills: Attention to detail
Benefits: 4% vacation pay, and overtime pay
Work environment and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling
