Job Description

We are looking for a talented engineer with advanced development experience to develop, operate and maintain a robust and flexible large scale web system. You will lead a team of engineers by designing the back-end architecture and functionality.

Job Description

• Based on requirements, design back-end architecture and functionality to meet functional requirements and maximize performance, quality, and productivity, and guide developers through to release.
• Perform implementation and testing practices as needed.
• Collaborate with front-end and infrastructure engineers to make the best design decisions for the system as a whole.
• Identify technical issues with existing systems, develop plans for improvement, and lead improvements.
• Conducts document reviews and code reviews, points out problems with development deliverables, and encourages developers to make improvements.
• Lead a team of back-end engineers to ensure the smooth execution of development.

Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in backend development
• Experience in at least 2 languages among PHP/Python/Go/Ruby/Java/C#
• At least 5 years of experience in upstream processes such as requirement definition, architecture design, and functional design
• Experience in domain-driven design
• Experience in designing with modern architectures such as clean architecture, onion architecture, etc.
• Experience in microservices design
• Experience in building cloud infrastructure
• Experience in administrative tasks such as project manager, scrum master, etc.
• Experience in designing modern architectures such as clean architecture, onion architecture, etc.
• Experience in designing large-scale B2C web systems with an awareness of quality and performance.
• Able to think logically based on data.
• Motivate developers to deliver high quality results.

Required Skills

• Experience in backend development in multiple languages including PHP
• Experience developing in Laravel
• Experience in upstream processes such as requirement definition, architectural design, and functional design

Preferred Skills

• Experience with domain-driven design
• Experience designing with modern architectures such as clean architecture, onion architecture, etc.
• Experience in microservices design
• Experience in building cloud infrastructure
• Experience in administrative roles such as project manager, scrum master, etc.
