Job Description

Lead a team of Java developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and quality assurance engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely resolutions and mitigations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks, estimate project timelines, and deliver solutions within deadlines.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
