The HR Manager will play a critical role in employee relations, talent management, and HR compliance, working closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and enhance engagement. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing performance appraisal processes, and administering employee benefits and compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience as an HR Manager.
