Responsibilities

• Assist with software development projects, including coding, testing, and debugging
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement software solutions
• Maintain and update documentation for IT systems and processes
• Monitor and manage network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates and patches, on IT systems
• Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++
• Familiarity with database management systems, such as MySQL or Oracle
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team and effectively communicate technical concepts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Prior experience or internship in an IT role is a plus
