Summary

  • We are looking for an ambitious, self-starter to lead the e-commerce team
  • Focus on managing and execution for ecommerce operations day to day management and projects including new product launches, improving sales by looking at competitors and seeing how to improve, and other special projects.
  • Lead strategy for new and emerging accounts including assortment, pricing, merchandising, positioning and trade spend.
  • Be a game changer to elevate current processes across ecommerce platforms and growth opportunities and bring significant sales growth and profitability to the business!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer relationship management and strategy for all new & emerging e-commerce retailers & customers including Retail sites (Walmart, Target, Dicks, Sams, Costco), Amazon, and other emerging channels.
  • Oversee day to day operations across all e-commerce emerging channels including pricing strategy, promotion, and trade strategy, merchandising and oversee forecasting for each account
  • Own all aspects of e-commerce reporting directly to the CEO
  • Establish & own new product launch and/or new partner launch timelines. Manage operations execution across the marketing team.
  • Recommend and initiate optimizations that drive operational efficiencies and/or an enhanced customer experience
  • Direct P+L responsibility for all National Accounts, growing relationships with existing accounts, developing product, pricing and promotional strategies for each account
  • Conducting routine competitive analysis and providing SWOT analysis at the account level
  • Providing operational and customer service support as needed

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Management, Sales, Operations or related field
  • 5-10+ years of experience in ecommerce account management / operations management or other similar role, MUST HAVE E-COMMERCE

EXPERIENCE

  • Prior industry experience in consumer products
  • Experience managing cross-team projects and execution
  • Outstanding communication (both verbal and written)
  • Proven track record of strong relationship management skills
