Aethon Energy Operating LLCs (Aethon) Director of Talent Management is responsible for leading our Talent Management strategy to enable a talent-rich and high-performance organization. This role will create and develop strategies to unleash talent,and develop modern tools and efficient processes to create a world class employee experience. The Director of Talent will be responsible to design and implement programs including Learning and Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies, Workforce Planning and Employee Engagement. This role will build and lead programs that strengthen and enhance the employee experience across all functional areas and at all levels of the organization. Duties and Key Job Responsibilities Provide strategic oversight and operational management of Talent Management programs including Learning and Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Workforce Planning and Employee Engagement. Partner with C-Suite and Business Leaders to develop the Talent Management strategy across Aethon. Organize and oversee individual and team training programs (both outsourced and in-house.) Create and implement high potential programs, internship programs, and other development programs. Design and implement Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs across the organization and weave into the employee lifecycle to ensure a fair and equitable experience for all team members. Design and develop talent metrics dashboard and key performance indicators. Develop metrics and goals for talent management programs that will drive business success. Create and lead the capability to empower business leaders to ensure high performance across the organization, including support for organizational assessments, strategic workforce planning, career planning, talent and succession planning, talent mobility, engagement, culture, performance management, high performing teams and team dynamics. Partner collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR business partners and Business Leaders to ensure alignment of key talent strategies across the enterprise including but not limited to development planning, professional skills development and the creation of HR Toolkits Partner with leadership on organizational effectiveness and design. Design and implement leadership and functional development strategies for the enterprise, with alignment to future business and talent needs. Requirements Degree in Business/MBA, Human Resources, or equivalent related work experience. Prior HR management experience in energy industry or financial services. Strong business acumen. 5+ years experience in strategic HR management, Learning and Development or Talent Management 5+ years of corporate experience, including creating & implementing talent management programs and learning strategies. Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate all levels of management and staff. Strong attention to detail and follow up skills. Exceptional executive presence and extensive experience delivering content to all levels of leaders. Excellent communication skills for all levels of the organization Ability to design programs from inception and implement across the organization. Must be able to work independently. Knowledge of internal human resource policies and processes. Knowledge of general trends and innovations for human capital management. Knowledge of emerging technologies in human resources and employee engagement Proven experience in Talent initiatives that have translated into improved performance. Technical Skills and Knowledge Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptionally detail-oriented, maintaining the highest level of integrity and management of confidential information. Communication strong written, verbal, listening communication skills. Strong planning, budgeting, and project management skills. Extensive exposure to designing, building, executing, and administering Talent programs Skilled at creating and managing innovative, compelling Talent programs in a fast-paced environment; interpreting business needs and making decisions based on emerging priorities. Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive to success multiple concurrent projects with a strong operational background. Hands-on leader, ready to roll up your sleeves when needed. Resourceful, forward-thinking, drawn to building off of ambiguous and unsolved problems Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
