Our team is looking for a Director, Talent Management who will play a key role in the development and implementation of Talent Management processes and initiatives to integrate, engage and retain people within the organization with the right aptitude and abilities in line with business needs, Talent Management strategy and industry best practices. As a Director, Talent Management at ESL Faceit Group (EFG), you are surrounded by some of the brightest minds in gaming. The Director, Talent Management reports to our VP, Learning, Training & Development and will work closely with the HR Business Partners as well as various internal stakeholders to implement Talent Management (TM) initiatives, programs, processes and tools to educate, motivate and engage employees across levels. You will help define the TM practices for the entire company including building the tools to deepen our existing performance framework, competency development, developing new ways to assess, motivate, develop and retain talent. Ideally, this position will be based in Europe or the East Coast (US).
What youll do: - Develop and execute succession planning tools and processes by identifying critical roles, destination roles, analyzing succession pipelines, etc.
- Support preparation and facilitation of talent reviews and dialogues with senior managers & HR Business Partners
- Develop and socialize job family architecture in alignment with our total rewards framework
- Design and roll out career development paths for high potentials and implement individual development plans to all employees
- Assist HR Business Partners and managers in identifying career paths, roles and appropriate development plans to enable their employees to attain their career goals and aspirations
- Prepare and provide regular TM dashboards, TM data management and analysis and reporting to enable effective tracking of Talent initiatives
- Contribute to process improvements and resolve issues related to TM processes, its applications and data analytics
Requirements What youll bring: - Degree in Organizational Development, HR Management or similar discipline (preferred), or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Talent Management processes and programs (focus on Competencies models, Career paths, Succession planning and managing high potentials)
- Experience in running global projects and methodological competence in bringing theoretical knowledge into practical solutions, with a focus on Performance and Talent Management tools
- Exceptional project and process management skills with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality results in a global, fast-paced, complex, dynamic business environment.
- Well versed in using business knowledge, department requirements and feedback to define future program functionalities and reporting requirements.
- Effective in finding solutions for exceptional requirements.
- Able to train and advise senior managers and HR on the use of all relevant TM practices and tools
- Track record of positive engagement with business stakeholders at all levels and at scale.
The pay for this position is anticipated to have a salary range of $95,000 and $150,000, in addition to benefits. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
