Looking for someone to help us for 3 months as contract (1099). FT preferred - but we will consider PT. Primary Duties: -Helping us transition payroll providers (move data over from one payroll provider to Rippling) -Helping us make sure all data is in HRIS (Rippling) -Establish onboarding/offboarding process in HRIS -Establish auto-signature forms in HRIS -Support HR Director by helping with making sure we have account logins for all UE/WITH for payroll tax for various states -Be recruiting coordinator by helping posting job openings -Other duties as needed, list is not comprehensive - Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs or wellness initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position Pluses/Bonuses (not required): - Knowledge of HRIS Rippling - Familiarity with a payroll system Benefits Not applicable - 1099 contract role
