We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish) HR Generalist and Compliance Administrator based in Miami to support our People business initiatives and strategies as well as other compliance elements of the Company. This role will act as a business partner to the leadership team supporting all core HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Culture, Compliance, L&D, Process, and HR Technology). Our company operates in Miami, Dallas, Dominican Republic, and Mexico. In addition, this position will support Compliance Administration for the Company in various areas and functions. Responsibilities: Partners with HR team and business leaders to develop and implement proactive strategies to support and strengthen our culture, productivity, and growth projects. Will support all core HR functions, including Talent Acquisitions/Recruiting (full cycle), L&D, Culture & Recognition, Reporting, and Legal Compliance. Support talent acquisition, recruiting, succession planning, and talent development activities aligned with growth strategy. Strong reporting experience using a variety of tools, such as Excel, and HR technology. Proactively analyzes sources of data, and strong ability to develop reporting and tracking tools and documents. Effectively communicates with HR team and business leaders, supporting company initiatives. Provides guidance and input to business leaders on all HR related matters, including compliance, employee relations, and people development. Actively participates in the Onboarding cycle to educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations. Plays an integral role in the HR department. Supports strategic activities, while also engaged in many tactical administrative supporting functions. Will work closely with the international HR team. Acts as a contact for employees for all levels of the organization. Assists the leadership team with HR compliance. Supports and manages certain elements of compliance reporting throughout the organization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or business-related fields 3+ years work experience in HR in a generalist capacity Experiencing in implementing processes and policy Compliance experience a plus but not required Microsoft Apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Must be customer service focused on the internal and external customer Excellent organizational, planning, and attention to detail skills Excellent communication skills Spanish is a must Occasional international travel Required Abilities and Skills: People skills to professionally handle communication with customers, employees, and vendors.
