Alpine Solutions Group, a staffing and recruiting company, is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator's for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of our Salesforce-based systems. The ideal candidate has experience managing the Salesforce platform, has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and is able to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Responsibilities Ensure that the Salesforce system meets the needs of the company Design and implement new Salesforce-based solutions and processes Manage and maintain user accounts and profiles Customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements Provide training to users on Salesforce functionality and capabilities Evaluate new Salesforce features and functionality to identify opportunities for improvement Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce systems Requirements Salesforce Administrator certification 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, workflow, and security Experience in data management and analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. U.S Work Authorization (Green Card or U.S Citizen Only)
