• Onboarding and/or training Client's internal or partner development team(s)
• Technical, and System Architecture analysis and consulting
• Facilitation and analysis of workshops and compiling results
• Definition of audience and archetypes
• High-level content modeling
• Content/Information architecture road mapping
• Other specific consultation (CMS selection, governance/workflow guidance)
• Facilitation and analysis of workshops and compiling results
