Job Summary and Qualifications
The Director of Quality is responsible for leadership in planning, organizing, and evaluating the quality improvement activities at Memorial Health Meadows Hospital. This position has oversight of the duties and functions necessary for quality processes, performance improvement, infection prevention, sepsis program, and regulatory compliance and advises the hospital senior leadership on related matters. The Director of Quality is responsible for the coordination of regulatory surveys and reporting activities within the organization, compliance with The Joint Commission, AHCA, and CMS standards. The Director of Quality is responsible for coordinating the development and monitoring of departmental and unit specific process improvement plans to ensure appropriate action plans and outcomes. The Director of Quality supervises Infection Prevention, Sepsis Program, and Regulatory Compliance departments and works closely with Nursing, Education, Health Information Management, and other applicable areas in support of improving overall patient care. The Director of Quality also collaborates with the Director of Medical Staff Services in support of Professional Practice Review activities.
What qualifications you will need: BSN required; MSN preferred
2+ years of quality leadership experience required
8-10 years of experience in quality leadership in an acute care setting preferred
GA or compact state RN license required
CPHRM, CPPS, CPHQ preferred

The candidate being considered MUST have experience in leading and managing a QUALITY department. That is not something that can be negotiable. Strong and proven leadership skills in quality are essential.
Salary Estimate: $95,000 - $120,000
(Eligible Incentive Bonus of 15%)
Sign-On Bonus: Case by Case Basis
Relocation: Case by Case Basis
