H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Information Systems Operations Service Support team at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. The Operations Coordinator will support the Program Manager in managing requirements/resources for IT infrastructure and assets including but not limited to servers, workstations, notebook computers, switches, routers, VPN, COMSEC, public facing and internal web services, Information Assurance (IA), Cyber Security (CS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and a wide variety of IT services performed by contractor personnel to satisfy the requirements identified in the PWS.

The Operations Coordinator responsibilities include:

• Maintains constant oversight of technical tasking of contract statement of work including risk management, schedule management, quality management, and technical advisement.
• Provides support to PM, monitoring tasking area performance and metrics and developing contractual reportings that provide programmatic updates.
• Reviews and manages schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables of both IT supporting activities and required projects for upgrades, migrations, i.e. any changes to IT infrastructure.
• Assigns and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.
• Provides oversight and management of Information Assurance team to ensure appropriate protocols, processes, and reportings meet contractual performance criteria.
• Assists with the coordination of actions required between the application/system and the enterprise hosting environment.
• Prepares and conducts routine project review meetings with PM, technical team, and customers.
• Acts as a working member of the technical team, as needed, to facilitate completion of taskings as required.
• Collaborate with technical team, customers, and management personnel to determine solutions and resolve issues.

Requirements

• + 7 years of experience hand-on and/or managing the following areas:
  • Systems Engineering
  • Systems Administration
  • Database Administration
  • Help Desk Services
  • Information Assurance
• Active Secret Clearance at time of application
• CompTIA Security+ CE Certification and Operating System or Computing Environment certification, or CISSP or similar
