Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in-home/center and/or school settings
• Collect accurate ongoing data on clients programs
• Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
• Compliance to all related company policies and procedures
• Attendance at staff meetings and trainings

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician certification required
• Proven 2+ years experience as a Behavioral Technician
• Additional ABA certification and licensure from the state of Nevada
• Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry patients when needed
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients
• Certificate, bachelors, or associates degree in behavioral health or related field
