Note:

Shift time 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Primary Role:

Assists the Supervisor with the day-to-day management of a group of customer service center representatives that handle customer service, and billing inquiries, ensuring that productivity targets are met and business results are achieved through consistent development and coaching of the team to bring their best to each and every customer contact.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

Three (3) years of customer contact center experience is required Specific utility experience is preferred.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office - excel, word, SharePoint.
