Position: Electronics Technician Location: Jacksonville, FL Salary: $30-$40/HR DOE + Bonus Responsibilities: -Install and maintain electrical and mechanical systems -Maintain and repair industrial machinery and equipment -Provide technical support to the maintenance department on all electrical/electronics -Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment such as DC drives, AC drives, and PLC programs -Maintain accurate records on all equipment and components -Assist with training and special projects to enhance equipment performance -Initiate plans to improve electrical equipment performance Qualifications: -2+ years Electronics Technician experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting. -Multi-craft experience preferred -Accredited apprenticeship or 2 years technical college or equivalent combination of experience -Working knowledge of industrial electronics, equipment, machinery, and related components -CMMS, PLC, AC/DC knowledge and computer skills Competitive wages and excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, company paid life/short-term disability/long-term disability insurance, flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings account (HSA), 401(k) with match, and more. Requirements Requirements: - 2+ years Electronics Technician experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting. - Accredited apprenticeship or 2 years technical college or equivalent combination of experience The Industrial Electronics Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electronic equipment. This includes troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic systems, as well as installing and maintaining wiring and controls. The Industrial Electronics Technician must have a strong understanding of electrical and electronic theory, as well as the ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
