As Director, Talent Acquisition, youll be reporting directly to the VP, People and will be responsible for architecting our talent attraction strategy with practical and scalable solutions in support of our phenomenal business trajectory. We pride ourselves on creating an amazing candidate experience while being digital-first since 2012. We are looking for your expertise in SaaS/ Tech recruiting to identify top talent and influence key talent decisions through trust and credibility with our HR business partners and business leaders. Youll directly oversee the work of our current team of 4 awesome recruiters.

What you'll be doing - Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Fleetios growth objectives and culture.
- Lead the work of our recruiters and sourcers to identify and attract top talent from both inbound and outbound sources.
- Create a differentiated employer brand for Fleetio in the talent marketplace.
- Partner with the Executive leadership team on strategic hiring, personally and directly lead VP level and up recruiting efforts.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, empower top talent hiring through hiring manager education, and provide guidance and support throughout the recruiting process.
- Build Fleetios outbound hiring motion and maintain an active and engaged talent pipeline and community in partnership with hiring managers.
- Utilize technology and data to optimize recruiting processes and scale the team efficiently.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with recruiting vendors and search partners to support hiring needs.
- Stay up-to-date on tech industry trends and related hiring best practices and, bring new ideas, technology and innovations to the talent acquisition function.

- Work remotely (within the United States), or at our Birmingham, AL HQ. We strive to promote a strong remote working culture and have done so since the beginning.
Requirements - 7-9 years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition at a high-growth tech/ SaaS organization, including 3-5 years of proven experience in scaling a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Proven evidence leading executive recruiting and managing search firms.
- Experienced user of HR tech and digital platforms to enable implementation of programs at scale.
- Curiosity and willingness to try new tools and technologies, including the use of AI and sourcing platforms to reach top talent.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions and improve processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build highly collaborative stakeholder relationships.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- BA/BS in business, human resources, or a related field.
- Good project management skills, familiar with Google suite of products and Asana.
