Job Description

Sesh is hiring a Director of Sales to expand and enhance current or high potential ideal employer prospects and clients with complex buying processes. You will create and maintain expertise within mental health benefits offerings and will lead efforts to expand our B2B business channel through national engagement outreach, enterprise-level internal and external messaging, and sales process oversight. This position can be fully remote with up to 30% travel requirements for national conference attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and expansion nationally with employer prospects, forming a consultative relationship that results in maximized sales growth/MRR, profitability, customer satisfaction, and market share for Sesh
  • Engage and coordinate opportunity identification and account relationship expansion management.
  • Work with CEO to develop strategic and tactical action plans for each targeted new prospect
  • Customize service delivery solutions with service operations team, based on deep insight into client's business needs, wants and desires to address their significant issues and opportunities, differentiating Seshs MH offerings
  • Work in a coordinated matrix fashion, orchestrating sales activities and prospect relationships with Marketing, Operations, and Product to consistently communicate and implement Sesh sales strategies
  • Set Sales vertical OKRs and track progress month-over-month; ensuring all sales performance standards are delivered, improving sales effectiveness and results
  • Develop relationships with executive and key decision makers at all levels of a prospects organization
  • Create, oversee and direct sales processes to enhance the quality and quantity of accounts acquired
  • Review bid specifications, contracts, and pricing; assists in resolving related problems, interpretation of specifications, etc.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing pipeline of prospects

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Management, Healthcare, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience operating within the B2B sales space
  • Demonstrated experience achieving $200k+ MRR goals
  • General management level business acumen and skills
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with high-level executives in both the client/prospect organization and within Sesh
  • Self-starter with strong ability to get things done internally and externally through personal influence (versus direct authority)
  • Excellent oral communication and writing skills (including the ability to compose persuasive value proposition and proposals)
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully utilize CRM software to manage activities, record important data and report account status updates
  • Willingness to travel as needed, including extended overnight stays (travel is estimated at 25-30%)
