What Were Looking For

The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for the facility by selling finance and insurance products to new and used vehicle customers. Must comply with information security program. Must present a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
• Accurately audit deals Post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Salary: $3000/month plus incentive pay

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of finance operations, knowledge of bank programs and ability to create excellent lender relationships are important for this position.
• Must possess the ability to close"
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Applicants must have a valid Drivers license
• Previous experience with high volume and producing high units per month a plus.
• Prior dealership F&I experience a plus
