Contractor will work onsite at the Waterton Campus, 50% or more of the time. Candidate must be local to Littleton, CO. Work Schedule: 4/10-1st Shift Job Description: -
As an experienced Program Lead, you will create process and program efficiencies that acquire talent through apprenticeships. -
Recently the Government has raised the importance of Apprenticeships and Traineeships. -
They are seen as an alternative to four-year college entry into the workforce. -
The expectation is that demand for Apprenticeships will increase steadily. -
As our Apprenticeship Program Lead, you will manage key parts of our AMTAP apprenticeship program planning, talent sources, and coordinating onboarding and acquisition strategy across four site locations. -
You will have influence with decision makers with a clear line of sight into apprentice program operations. -
Through data-driven action planning, you will communicate the results of apprenticeship hiring and performance. -
You will also collaborate with talent acquisition program owners and workforce initiative teams across the US. The responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to: -
Reporting to stakeholders -
Interacting with State and Local workforce entities, leaders on staffing needs, onboarding teams, and human resources. -
Speaking to school students about the apprenticeship pathways and support information sessions. -
Working with apprentices on setting up IT assets and onboarding. Basic Qualifications: -
Minimum of one year program management experience or current enrollment in a program management curriculum -
Tableau or data management experience -
Strong MS Office skills -
Knowledge of Computer Hardware set-ups -
Great verbal & written communication capability -
Share Point proficiency
