Please note title for this role is Staffing Operations Project Coordinator, remote position, ideally manager wants them in Tempe when WFH is lifted they will be working in person.
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Partner with Staffing Operations Manager on projects as needed.
Interaction and communication with hiring managers, Recruiters, HR colleagues, and external vendors.
Meet regularly with stakeholders to understand business needs and drivers, and prioritize requests.
Day to day work allocation and managing to timelines.
Applies change management techniques to ensure business readiness.
Maintain project roadmap in partnership with Staffing Operations Manager.
Prepares reports on project status. Job Requirements:
3-5 years relevant experience in a professional setting.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills that include presenting the department professionally in all contact with internal or external partners.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and great follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks, priorities, and projects.
Possess a "team-first" attitude.
Must have excellent project management skills and impeccable follow-through.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience desired.
