The e-Business Analyst will report to the Consumer Experience Director and will be responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of internet marketing, sales and service campaigns for our newly launched online consumer interface.
Responsibilities include:
Develop website analytics and metrics to measure effectiveness of all initiatives.
Assist in project management of web initiatives.
Collaborate with our IT organization providing user feedback on website communications.
Work with senior management in marketing and product management on a variety of initiatives.
Search engine optimization to drive customers to our consumer interface website
Competitive site analysis and reporting
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Four year degree with a M.B.A. or similar a plus.
Minimum 5 years of business experience, with at least 2 years managing Consumer Interface and/or Consumer Automation projects
Excellent business instincts. Ability to quickly see where the leverage is and which priority should take preference. Ability to make a decision despite imperfect information and without taking unilateral action.
Strong analysis skills. Ability to identify what data would help solve a problem, pull the data from our databases with SQL, SAS or another query language/program, manipulate the results and recommend a course of action even when data is incomplete. We will train a candidate with strong analysis skills who lack significant query language experience.
Good project management know-how. Ability to understand stakeholders, develop a project plan, communicate status, manage completion. Also, ability to participate effectively as a Product Management representative in a large scale IT project. This requires an understanding of how different parts of the business work together and how changes affect our agents and customers.
Understanding of how the sales process works, so we can effectively respond with appropriate analysis and product solutions.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and in person with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
High level of intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward action.
