VINIRMA Consulting currently looking for Zone Manager for one of our clients which is a leading bank in Qatar with the following skill set and terms and conditions.

Skill Set required:
• Well founded understanding of the branches’ customer base.
• Relevant regulatory pronouncements of tie applicable local end international regulators and related best practices pertaining to retail banking.
• Understanding of linkages driving profit.
• In-depth knowledge of products, services and delivery channels available to branch customers.
• Good interpersonal and networking skills.

Responsibilities:
A. Shareholder & Financial:
• Assist Head of Distribution to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve all volume, revenue, and profit targets of the branches within the incumbent’s zone.
• Ensure ongoing increase in market share, and sustainable growth rate on the Incumbent’s branch portfolio.
• Assist Head of Distribution to create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes for the branches and monitor their achievement on periodic basis (pertaining to deposits, loans, credit cards, financial products) etc.
• Lead and guide the annual budgeting process for the allocated branches.

B. Customer (Internal & External):
• Responsible for sensitizing the branches to the needs of the customer and lead the customer focus Initiative
• Provide timely and accurate Information to the external and Internal auditors, and the Compliance function as and when required.
• Build and maintain strong and effective relationship with the all other related units to achieve the Group’s goals/objectives.

C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory):
• Monitor the overall performance of the branches within his zone against the set objectives through regular follow up of the results (daily, monthly. quarterly, annually). including the offices attached to the branch, It any.
• Monitor credit portfolio quality and follow up on the delays. Carry out appropriate actions to Improve the portfolio quality.
• Develop a comprehensive marketing plan for the whole zone, which covers new Branch. ATM and POS networks.
• Approve temporary transfers of staff at all levels Including the branch managers within his zone, especially to cover leaves.
• Approve permanent transfer of staff within his zone according to work needs, excluding branch managers.
• Coordinate with Head of Distribution regarding all levels of manpower requirements in the branches to address Issues be ll a surplus or shortage in manpower.
• Supervise work duty allocation to staff members and submit the required System Access Request Form directly to the Operations Division in case of staff rotation, transfer or leave.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Group’s policies & procedures by all branches within the incumbent’s jurisdiction.
• Work with Head of Distribution and reduce the likelihood of a negative risk event by establishing and reinforcing the Infrastructure that sets the control consciousness of the branches.
Domain : Banking
Experience Required :
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum, of 6-8 years experience related to bank branches management in a major banking institution out of which 2 years should be in a similar role.
• MBA In Marketing & Sales (preferred).
