Description
U.S. Trust Marketing has two openings for a Division Market Strategist for the Northeast and Central Divisions to develop and implement marketing initiatives to support and achieve U.S. Trust and Division specific business goals.
The position reports to the Divisional Marketing Executive and works closely with U.S. Trust regional leadership to develop the geographys strategic and tactical marketing plan in support of national and local business objectives. The position is directly responsible for planning, developing, communicating, executing and analyzing regional marketing programs and ensuring the effective integration and local leverage of national marketing programs and campaigns.
The position requires regular travel to markets within the region to interface closely with leadership and the field, and requires extended work hours to accommodate market events/sponsorships and constituent programming.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of strategic HNW financial services marketing programs development, management and execution experience
- Excellent project management skills; detail oriented
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaniously
- Strong written and oral communications skills, including polished and poised presentation skills
- Experience developing, planning and facilitating complex event marketing strategies; diverse sponsorships/underwriting ; hospitality and ticket management; direct mail/email campaigns; and localized pr and advertising as a means to achieve business goals
- Team player with positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work with partners across the franchise to leverage corporate resources and achieve business goals
- Strong relationship development and negotiation skills
- Strong self- starter and ability to work independently with minimal guidance from management
- Comfortable working in a dynamic/fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, tight deadlines and colleagues/partners across the franchise in numerous locations
