UI Developer
Responsibilities:
-Use a wide variety of techniques and tools in the design, development, and testing of web application user interfaces.  This includes the use of: programming languages and software tools, analysis and design techniques, web/graphics design tools, etc.
-Design, build and maintain web sites in adherence to brand guidelines, using modern best practices for UI development with an emphasis on excellent user experience, cross-browser compatibility, scalability and maintainability.
-Determine, recommend, and follow appropriate technologies in support of business processes and objectives.
-Use Agile / Scrum processes for development. Adhere to a high level of unit testing.
-Provide technical support and direction in business application requirements definition, alternatives analysis, and design, development, and implementation activities, as appropriate.
-Ensure the use of common processes, practices and tools consistent with company technology standards and direction.
Requirements:
-Bachelor of Science in a technology-related field (or equivalent job  experience).
-At least five years experience software development in .NET Web technologies and UI development.
-Proven ability to deliver high levels of agreed-upon service to end users.
-Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
-Proven ability to work independently
-Expert in .NET 3.5 C#, MS Visual Studio 2005/2008
-Expert in MVC patterns for UI development
-Proficient in AJAX, JQuery, Javascript, JSON, XML
-Proficient with HTML, CSS, DHTML, XSLT
-Familiar with Linq-To-SQL, Active Record, ORM
-Familiar with SQL Server
