Global Financial Institution located in New York, NY has an immediate opening for a UAT Analyst Generalist Sales Scorecard. Experience: 5-10 Education: Bachelors Degree Job Description: Brokerage Research is seeking a UAT Analyst with hands-on testing experience to be part of a team focused on developing a Business Intelligence (BI) application that will be shared by Sales and Research. A key component of this role is to ensure all system features are fully tested, accurate and complete. We are looking to add a team member with a strong background in writing and executing test cases for this initiative. This position will be part of the Technology Management team within the Research business unit. The team consists of project managers and business analysts who manage a variety of technology initiatives on behalf of the business unit. They are responsible for managing projects from initial concept to deployment, working closely with stakeholders, including Business Analytics Team members and management in the business unit, as well as IT colleagues in the development, support and training areas. This role requires a candidate to have a strong background in writing test and executing test scripts and documenting issues. The candidate will be responsible for conducting user acceptance testing, interacting with stakeholders and collaborating with other team members. Specific responsibilities include: Ensure all system functionality and features are accurate and complete Monitor and track reported defects Provide detailed documentation to reproduce issues Participate in system integration testing to facilitate early resolution of issues Participate in daily defect calls Develop relevant test cases to be executed during UAT Monitor and report on project status to Project , VP and CTO of Research Technology, meet deadlines and escalate issues as required Skills Required: Strong background in executing, documenting and tracking issues, excellent attention to detail
