Responsibilities: Track and work to meet schedule and budget requirements of assigned projects. Responsible for delivering progress reports to supervisor and /or customer if required by supervisor. Required to attend and have participation on group meetings, teleconferences and / or training. Required to have an active participation in ACE initiatives. Required to adhere and comply with all IAS policies and procedures. Based on business needs the incumbents may be required to support other duties / functions within the company. Additional Requirements: Years of Experience and/or Special kills or knowledge (Programs¦) Advanced knowledge and skill in the use of software, including MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Project. Technical Degree, A&P (Airframe and Power Plant) mechanics license or aviation related engineering degree, or equivalent years of experience in the aircraft engine repair. Experience in military and/or commercial aircraft engine maintenance and repair. Strong Customer-Service Oriented skills. Willing to travel (30%) Self Motivated. Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Ability to organize, analyzes, interpret, and evaluate scientific data in the solution of problems. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form (English and Spanish). Ability to handle sensitive information on a confidential basis. Strong analytical skills, creative, inquisitive, analytical, and detail oriented Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with persons at all levels and to maintain effective working relationships. Extreme attention to details and excellent organizational skills required. .
