Our client supplies leading restaurant chains with raw and fully cooked ribs as well as smoked pork, beef, and chicken entrees.

Responsibilities
1) Conceptualization and development of new products in the ready-to-eat meat industry
2) Improvement of existing products including improvement of processes
3) Maintaining and ensuring that product quality, style and appearance, and presentation meet customer satisfaction and sales commitments
4) Work closely with operations, sales, and customers

Requirements
1) Must have a related degree
2) Must have meat experience
3) 5 + years of experience with product design of ready-to-eat products
4) Previous experience with foodservice/quick service restaurant will be an asset
