Description: The Q&A engineer is responsible for field testing and deploying software. Must have working knowledge of Ghost to deploy system images.  The right person will also have experience with testing software deployment packages (custom MSI). Additional Responsibilities: Testing of updates and patches for all supported platforms Experience with software packaging and delivery tools Support team in the troubleshooting of any issues around application deployments Skills Required: Microsoft Windows XP Microsoft Windows Vista  Microsoft Installer InstallShield Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and LDAP Strong systems analysis and problem solving skills Excellent organizational, and communication, both oral and written High level of motivation, willing to get the job done to meet deadlines Strong team player, but also have the ability to work independently
