Responsibilities and Requirements : Under general supervision of the Quality Assurance and Testing Analyst Lead, independently provides consultation at the highest technical level to project team and client areas, assisting with the successful development and implementation of effective computer systems applications across multiple computing environments.

Requirements :B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related discipline. Must have 2-5 years TIDAL scheduling experience - (Tidal Software is an application scheduling and performance management software). 2-5 years of progressive experience in systems development and Managed Care Applications, Operations, desirable. 2-5 years of progressive experience in QA Testing, or an equivalent combination of educations and work experience. Demonstrated experience with successfully managing multiple concurrent projects. Excellent written and verbal communications skills for use with internal clients. Knowledge of QA procedures, principles and tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving and analytical ability, strong judgment and project management skills. Ability to work effectively with clients, IS associates and project staff. Has a broad understanding of inter/intra departmental policies, procedures, functions, etc. Has a broad knowledge of manual testing and modeling tools, change management and test case generation techniques. Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Access and / or other database applications.
