O&M TECHNICIAN - Wastewater Treatment Systems

We are seeking an experienced O&M Environmental Technician who has previous experience working in the environmental or wastewater field as a O&M Technician or Wastewater Operator for advanced treatment systems.

The ideal individual would have 4+ years hands-on system repair and maintenance experience; dealing with mechanical and piping systems related to wastewater treatment facilities. The technician will be working independently throughout the Los Angeles region managing clients, systems and supplier relationships to provide operation, maintenance and field diagnostic repairs for wastewater, piping systems and mechanical instrumentation.

This would include providing maintenance, repairs and monitoring to vapor extraction, advanced oxidation process units, thermal oxidizers, electrical, piping, filters, liquids, gases, water sampling, and system optimization of wastewater systems.

Requires the ability to travel throughout the Los Angeles Basin on a Daily Basis. Must have 40Hr OSHA Certification. Wastewater Treatment Operator Certificate is Desired. Must have Clean DMV and abilities to work independently.
