Our client is one of the fastest growing service providers in the transaction processing industry. A proprietary technology platform enables the company to offer a comprehensive set of on-line, web-based, business management and process automation tools to banks, strategic partners and merchants. This technology platform has enabled the company to change the paradigm by which the credit card transaction processing business is managed. The company is able to achieve efficiencies at volumes much lower than its competitors, it is able to manage revenues and profitability at the transaction level and it has lowered its risk profile by managing risk with a more comprehensive view of the merchant activity. Today, the company processes for over 55,000 merchants and 170 banks.
You will be responsible for selling payment processing services in a face-to- face environment to large e-commerce, card not present and multi-channel merchants throughout the U.S.
Responsibilities
• Selling payment processing services to merchants in order to achieve revenue objectives with target merchants having credit card sales in excess of $10M annually.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline and sales management reporting.
• Conduct high level professional presentations to prospective merchants.
• Develop and maximize revenue from the distribution channels by meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of payment processing sales experience in e-commerce, card not present or multi-national verticals.
• Strong book of prospective merchants in the $10Million to $100 Million range, with relevant contacts of decision-makers.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong sales/business development and negotiation skills
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the payment processing space, including products and services, pricing and card association policies.
• Must be a pro-active self starter and able to operate in a team environment.
• Ability to flourish in a fast paced and challenging environment.
• Demonstrated ability to continually meet and exceed sales goals.
• Demonstrated ability as an individual performer.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth clients need analysis.
Location: work remotely
Compensation: based upon experience, will include a competitive salary up to 88K plus commissions and a strong benefits package.
