We believe the bar is set very high for this position. We are looking for best-of-the-best person with strong presentation skills
Sr. Java client facing individual. Someone who can aid on the pre-sales side of a presentation, but also roll up their sleeves and get dirty with the architecture and at times, even with coding if their project needs to hit a deadline.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Minimum8 years of software development experience with 6 years Java experience
* Computerscience degree
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the position requires a team player who is willing and able to work with and support business users
* Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as both business and technical departments
* Expertisewith J2EE architecture, design patterns, J2EE/Java best practices, J2EEspecifications
* Expertise with Java/J2EE technologies: Java, JSP, JSF, Ajax, Spring, JMS, JDBC, XML/XSLT, HTML, DHTML, JSR 168 portlet development
* Expertisewith two or more application servers: Apache/Tomcat, JBoss, SunApplication server, WebSphere, WebLogic
* Expertisewith one or more Portal servers: WebSphere Portal, WebLogic/AcuaLogicportal, JBoss Portal
* Expertisewith frameworks: MVC, Spring, AOP
* Must have expertise in modeling and designing J2EE architecture with the ability to communicate its intricacies to technical as well as business audiences
* Must have expertise in conducting requirements analysis and requirements gathering workshops and documenting software requirements specifications, designs and architecture using UML
* Past projects should range from full lifecycle, enterprise-level, commercial-software development to architecture design and some coding
* Must have J2EE technical leadership in designing, modifying, developing, and implementing large scale, very complex mission-critical applications requiring high availability
* Mustbe able to translate business needs into effective technical solutionsusing core J2EE / Technologies

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
* Devicedrivers development or embedded software components development
* Networkprogramming
* EnterpriseService Bus
* SCEA(Sun Certified Enterprise Architect)
* Master'sDegree in Computer Science or MBA
* Financial/Educational/Retail/Utilities/Power industry experience
