Requirements:
* Provide J2EE development skills in support of application changes for the Saltillo project.
* 5 years of experience.

Tools/Applications:
* RAD/WebSphere 6

Basic Qualifications:

Demonstrate both knowledge and understanding in:
* J2EE, XML and a DBMS (DB2, SQL Server, etc.)
* Hibernate and HATS is helpful but not required
* Application Development Life Cycle
* Web Services
* ANT


Demonstrate the following skills and behaviors:
* Good customer service
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to follow through
* Openness and responsiveness to change
