A few months ago we launched an avatar and virtual items world called Crunchyland, and it’s growing quickly. We need a full time Game Master / Community Manager to oversee Crunchyland and help us develop a whole family of virtual world products.

Responsibilities:
* Play our games, analyze in-game behavior and drive in world direction and development
* Provide assistance to players, resolve in-game issues and maximize user satisfaction
* Develop community inside our games
* Maintain conversations with users, disseminate information and gather feedback
* Increase user base of our games

Skills:
Requirements:
* Driven individual who wants to be part of something novel and ambitious
* Experience playing all types of games, especially MMORPGs
* Strong communication and problem solving skills
* Some understanding of game design, storyline, or artwork a plus
* Japanese speaker a huge plus
