Manage the online sales process by optimizing the user journey to efficiently sell products while maintaining quality user experience. Drive personal and business customer acquisitions via the online channel by utilizing customer targeting capabilities. Increase customer revenue through new to bank acquisitions and cross sell activities by using integrated Marketing activities. Apply robust test and learn methodologies across the sales funnel. Share best practices with key stakeholders domestic and global. Responsible to decrease cost of the business by increasing personal and business internet banking activation, Bill Pay Activation, e-Statements sign ups, debit card usage, wire transfers, etc. Work closely with Customer Call Center, Online Account Opening, and Analytics and Website Delivery team and communicate key performance metrics to drive constant improvements to the sales process. Partner with segment marketing teams as well as marketing communications team to support integrated marketing campaigns.

Requirements :A Bachelor DegreePreference for two plus years Internet work experienceTwo to five years of successful sales management with solid project management skills, negotiating skills, people skills and time managementDetail oriented person with a high degree of self-motivation, independence and desire to contribute to business objectives.
