Technisource is seeking an experience C developer with at least 3 years of Team Lead or management experience for a permanent opportunity in Austin, TX.

The position will be responsible for the new product development and oversight of maintenance and support activities of a high volume payment and fraud management application used by many large retailers in the US and Europe.



The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of technical experience including 3 years of leadership experience with hands on successes in the technologies and concepts listed below. We are seeking a person who possesses a passion of developing world class applications and enthusiasm for working with a great team in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be involved in day to day software development lifecycle activities as well as coordinating project work of an off shore team. Experience managing/coordinating off shore teams is key.

Responsibilities
Leading development team (3-8 individuals) on projects to successful completion
Partnering with project manager on occasional customer interaction to drive solid project requirements
Assembling and leading project teams across multiple geographies (both on and offshore)
Coordinating offshore development teams and assigning responsibilities to offshore team members
Ensuring adherence to software development processes and procedures
Assessing progress and providing status reporting to stakeholders
Partnering with project manager on occasional customer interaction to drive solid project requirements
Leading software project designs and code reviews
Driving problem investigation and resolution as required
Associate performance management and training as required
