Expanding company who specializes in providing PAYROLL, Human Resource, and Benefits outsourcing solutions for businesses in the US seeks (2) B2B PAYROLL SALES REPRESENTATIVES. Openings in BROOKLYN, NY--MUST RESIDE HERE to be considered.

Our core market is SMALL to MEDIUM SIZED BUSINESSES where we offer them an ever-growing VARIETY of PAYROLL & HR PRODUCTS. We provide a complete line of PAYROLL SERVICES, including PAYROLL PROCESSING, PAYROLL TAX ADMINISTRATION, TIME & ATTENDANECE & EMPLOYEE PAY SERVICES.

As a PAYROLL SALES REP, you will be generating revenue by DEVELOPING MARKET POTENTIAL through LEAD GENERATION, NETWORKING, RECOMMENDING PRODUCTS/SERVICES, and CLOSING SALES. You will work in an assigned & PROTECTED TERRITORY to IDENTIFY & DEVELOP NEW business opportunities, MEET WITH DECISION-MAKERS to analyze their needs, and recognize areas for OUR PRODUCTS TO PROVIDE VALUE ADDED SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS. You will also work closely with management to ACHIEVE MONTHLY SALES TARGETS with close attention to INCREASING MARKET SHARE and KEY ACCOUNT GROWTH. You will MAINTAIN CURRENT KNOWLEDGE OF OUR PRODUCTS and CULTIVATE & DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL REFERRAL CHANNELS. After about 6 months, 80% of your business should be referrals.

Minimum Requirements: BS/BA College Degree and 1-4 years documented B2B OUTSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE with the concentration on NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. Must be able to ACHIEVE SALES GOALS, & ARTICULATE ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings. Applicants MUST BE PROFESSIONAL IN APPEAREANCE, EXPERIENCED IN COLD CALLING with the ability to develop relationships with newly acquired clients. We need individuals with proven customer service skills, good math and problem solving abilities, and a STRONG DESIRE TO SUCCEED.
Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance & pass a background, drug screen----no crime or points. This is a career, not a job, and no one with more than 2 jobs in 4 years will be considered.

We offer an excellent BASE SALARY (43K), 7K/yr non taxable reimbursement, UNCAPPED COMMISSION; LAPTOP, COMPANY PAID TRAINING, FULL BENEFITS, 401K, & MORE.
1ST YEAR AVERAGE TOTAL INCOME 65K-70K.
