Headway Corporate resources seeks qualified candidates for a A/P Specialist opportunity in the Bellevue, WA area!!!

Candidate will provide support throughout every stage of the Accounts Payable invoice workflow process including the following
Investigates, identifies and resolves critical errors which prevent posting of liability through quality audits, contacting vendors & field users, and creates workaround solutions for system errors; Maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy to comply with established standards and to meet required deadlines
Follow up and escalate problems
Identify and communicate methods of improvement regarding both internal policies and the immediate impact on external customer relationships
Support implementation of company guidelines and policies


Requirements:
Intermediate use of Excel & Outlook, and functional use of PC & java based web interfaces
Excellent decision making, problem solving, and communication skills
Detail oriented with the ability to document and communicate technical solutions
Ability to multi-task between multiple systems and computer sessions; ability to work independently, in work groups or at time with supervision; ability to adjust to change
Be willing to contribute feedback on current cash processes, making suggestions for improvements
Fast and accurate data entry
Thinks proactively in regards to process improvements and self motivated with the ability to take initiative
Ability and willingness to work non standard business hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications
Bachelors degree or college level courses in Accounting or related field is preferred
1+ year(s) experience in an office setting performing transaction processing in a high volume environment
Type at least 30 WPM, ten key by touch
Prior Customer Service experience preferred
